Payment and Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT POLICY

Deposit and Balance Payment

The full prices are $2700 per person for a shared room and $3300 per person for a private room (each individual added to a private room is $2700).

A non-refundable deposit of $800 per person is required to secure your spot at the retreat. The remaining balance can be paid in monthly installments no later than the last day of each month. If payment is not received within 2 days of due date, your reservation will be cancelled. No refund will be provided in this case.

Full payment is due by July 31st, 2024. Participants have the option to pay in full at the time of registration. If you place a deposit by April 30, participants will receive a $200 discount off the total amount.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and PayPal Credit.

For monthly payments, PayPal charges a 3.5% fee of the total price (will be reflected in the invoice sent to you).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by Participants

If cancellation occurs before March 31st, 2024, participants will receive an 80% refund of the total amount paid. If cancellation occurs between April 1st and May 30th, 2024, participants will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid. Please allow 15 days to process your refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 30th, 2024.

Registration Transfer

Participants may transfer their registration to another person, provided that they inform the retreat organizers of the change. No transfers are allowed after June 30th, 2024.

Cancellation by Organizers

If the retreat is canceled due to not meeting the minimum number of participants (8), or for other unforeseen reasons, participants will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $150 per person.

HEALTH AND LIABILITY

Travel Insurance

Participants are required to have travel insurance that covers medical emergencies.

Liability

HER+HER (LMP Collective LLC.) is not liable for any injuries, health issues, lost/broken belongings during the retreat.

Health and Safety

Participants are required to be in good health to attend the retreat. If exhibiting signs of sickness, participants must contact the retreat hosts immediately to make necessary accommodations.

Alterations to Retreat Schedule

No refunds will be given for alterations to the retreat's schedule or offerings. Alternate activities will be provided if original offerings change.
